You have to pay for new mould. If annual purchase excess USD 45 thousand, we will evaluate the cost efficiency to make decision about refund.

We have magnetizers in house to supply magnetized magnets.

4. Could you supply coating and plating service for neodymium magnet?
We could supply various types of coated magnets, including zinc, nickel, epoxy and other coating types.

5. How to handle unqualified magnets after delivery?
We will supply 8D report after analysis. We will undertake related loss caused by unqualified products.
